Upcoming Library Event: Can You Be Successful and Have a Rewarding Career Selling Sustainable Fashion?

LIM College's Adrian G. Marcuse Library is hosting an event on sustainable fashion in celebration of Earth Day. Please join us for "Can You Be Successful and Have a Rewarding Career Selling Sustainable Fashion?" on Wednesday, April 23rd from 1:15-3:30pm on The Townhouse's 4th Floor.




The panelist will be discussing sustainability as it relates to the business of fashion. The featured panelists include:

*Tara St. James: Owner and Head Designer - Study
*Carrie Parry: Fashion Designer
*Sarah Hoit: Materials Scientist - Material ConneXion
*LeeAnn Rutkovsky: Milliner, Sustainability Consultant, and LIM College faculty member
*Natalie Jeremijenko: Artist and NYU Professor

*Sally Shapiro (moderator): LIM College Professor 

Mr. Eric Feigenbaum, Chair of the Visual Merchandising Department, will also be discussing sustainability in retail environments. This talk will be held in The Townhouse's Fashionopolis.
