Ask-a-Librarian: Using the Library’s New Online Chat Reference Service

Have a quick question about our hours? Need help navigating a database? Want to ask for a book recommendation?

The Adrian G. Marcuse Library is now offering online chat reference service. The Ask-a-Librarian service will be offered to students, faculty, and staff Monday to Thursday from 12pm-2pm and 6:30-8:30pm. We hope to help bridge the gap between the campus locations and the library.

In order to access the Ask-a-Librarian service go to our Research Help page on the site.

Click the Ask-a-Librarian button and sign-in as a guest.

Once you have followed the steps, you can start asking your questions!

We look forward to serving you in-person as well as online today!
