The Wealth of Knowledge Available Through GoogleBooks

We have all used Google for the last 15 years. We have even turned ‘Google’ into a verb…"Have you Googled that?” But did you know about all of the other resources that Google provides besides being a search engine? Today, I want to share with you all one of my favorite resources within the Google family, GoogleBooks.

You can find the resource at the top of the results page after you have clicked the ‘enter’ button (see below). Or you can go directly to the resource by using the GoogleBooks URL (http://google.com/books).

Within GoogleBooks, you have the option to view fully digitized books and magazines. You can also view partially digitized titles as well. The books range in topic from graphic novels to literary criticisms. The magazines titles range from JET Magazine to LIFE magazine.

Use this resource to enhance the resources we have in the Adrian G. Marcuse Library. Explore away!
